This category that lists all users who have been reported with the {{Report user}} template for various reasons, such as spamming, vandalizing or trolling, among others.
These users are placed under this category until an administrator bans them. When that user gets banned, the template on their user page should be changed to {{Banned user}} instead, so that the spammer is placed under the banned users category.
