Half-Life 2: Aftermath is a continuation of Half-Life 2 focusing on developing Alyx as a character. It is known to feature HDR lighting and improved AI for the Rebels and Alyx. See links for more details.

This game will be available over Steam at $19.95 (USD) bundled with Half-Life 2: Deathmatch and Half-Life 1 Deathmatch: Source on April 24th
This game will be available in stores by Electronic Arts as part of the Half-Life 2: Platinum Collection.
