Never use server.cfg to set ''log on''. This will create on each mapchange two logfiles. If log is enabled, and the command ''log on'' is executed, it will start a new logfile. In addition a mapchange will start a new logfile too. So you get for every map two logfiles, if you set ''log on'' in your server.cfg. The community do with every new version of cs this mistake. |

I have Windows 8 Consumer Preview
I am connected to the Internet via a PPPOE connection
I get this error when running steamcmd.exe:

- I think that because you have Windows 8 Consumer preview. It's not released version of system, have many bugs, so it may not support many products. Use released Windows system (7/Vista/XP) --Mehiller 02:00, 12 May 2012 (PDT)
