Test for a proper language bar, which responds well to changes in the title's character height and can't be affected by page content.
Vector
Good for:
- Firefox
- Chrome
- IE 8+ (IE7 unknown)
Bad for:
- IE 6 (on two lines, not a huge deal IMO)
