I'm building a 3ds Max exporter that creates displacements... and I am having a rough time trying to interpret these docs. My exporter already works on cubes with one side exporting as a displacement... but as soon as I try to use multiple sides of a cube (interpret brush) the displacents on each side are not aligning; in fact, the edges are jutting into and through each other. This is only the edges where different sides of the same brush meet. | I'm building a 3ds Max exporter that creates displacements... and I am having a rough time trying to interpret these docs. Does anyone with a good technical understanding of Displacements have time to help me figure out this problem? Or does someone have time to expand these docs to give more in-depth and visual explanations of everything (especially dispinfo and all its properties)? | Does anyone with a good technical understanding of Displacements have time to help me figure out this problem? Does anyone with a good technical understanding of Displacements have time to help me figure out this problem? Or does someone have time to expand these docs to give more in-depth and visual explanations of everything (especially dispinfo and all its properties)? —Unsigned comment added by Shawnolson (talk • contribs) Always sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~)
