bot_kill is a console command available in 
Counter-Strike: Source.
This Counter-Strike: Source console command allows the user to kill a bot on the server. For the command to work, sv_cheats must be enabled.
Usage
Syntax: bot_kill <name of the bot>
Alternatively, if no bot name is specified, all of the bots on the server are killed.
If the server is hosted online, an rcon login is required to use this command.
