In the Left 4 Dead 2 SDK, a Qt-based software is used to submit Workshop items.
 
This is a predecessor to the Workshop Manager engine tool, where Source 2 Workshop submissions are handled.
 
It should be mentioned here with additional clarification, similar to how SFM is listed.
