tf_projectile_cleaver is a projectile used by the weapon Flying Guillotine. This projectile is a physical object which, upon impact on a player, causes the player to bleed for 5 seconds. It is possible to reflect this with the pyro's primary weapons and destroy it with the secondary weapon short-circuit like most projectiles.
