info_player_spectator is a point entity available in 
Ricochet. This entity defines a spectator camera. When you are waiting for a game to start, you will see the area from the perspective of one of these cameras.
Key Values
- Master (master) <targetname>
- Name of a master entity. If the master hasn't been activated, this entity will not activate.
- Target (target) <integer>
- This determines the pitch of the camera. Values should range from 90 to -90. A value of 90 would be pointing straight up, and a value of -90 would be pointing straight down.
