:It's called "[[Wikipedia:Off topic|off topic]]" and it's hardly needed, as off-topic articles are either deleted or tagged with the Cleanup tag. That this guideline and its template isn't being used at all, speaks for itself. - It's called "off topic" and it's hardly needed, as off-topic articles are either deleted or tagged with the Cleanup tag.
