I made that change so that todos wouldn't show up for keyvalues, inputs and outputs that have no description, but are grouped up with another keyvalue/input/output that describes both. For an example of this, see [[Template:O Trigger]] with <code>OnTouching</code> and <code>OnNotTouching</code>. KV IO Todo

I made that change so that todos wouldn't show up for keyvalues, inputs and outputs that have no description, but are grouped up with another keyvalue/input/output that describes both. For an example of this, see Template:O Trigger with OnTouching and OnNotTouching. This is the same reason I removed it from Template:MatParamDef, and you can see another example of it with Water_(shader) with $bumpmap and $normalmap. --Deprecated (talk) 15:18, 29 Aug 2019
