Shawn Olson is a longtime member of the Source community. He started as a hobbyist making levels for CS 1.6. When he moved to Source, he was frustrated with the workflows around getting assets into the game, so he developed the [https://dev.wallworm.com/topic/2/wall_worm_model_tools.html Wall Worm Model Tools]. He became the Technical Artist for Black Mesa in 2015. In 2020 he became a member of the Product Management team for 3ds Max at Autodesk.
