Fairly minor, but I think the links should direct to their correct location.

*Observed: Splash Window Opens... frames are in place ... NO Images ( clearing cache still gets same result )

*Expected: Steam to restart
*Observed: Steam shutting down, then displaying a message: "Steam.exe (main exception): Win32 StructuredException at 00000000 : Attempt to write to virtual address 0 without appropriate access rights"
:Logged on as administrator, with all access rights to the steam folder (uncompressed/unencrypted)
