Helen Casper has been actively involved in the Steam community since 2005. She is the Head Appeals Admin for TF2 Outpost, and the Community Liaison, Scam Reports, and Public Relations at SteamRep.
Community Involvement
In addition to her involvement with SteamRep, Helen also serves as an admin on United Gaming Clans (UGC) Valve games competitive gaming community & Wanted GoV Italian TF2 servers. She has been an admin on the EventScripts forums since 2005. She assists in running various Team Fortress 2 servers as well. She volunteers her time to a number of communities on Steam and tries to help wherever she can.
Because of her continued contributions to the Steam community, she was awarded a Team Fortress 2 item, a Community Gunslinger, in November 2012.
She participated as an invited TF2 Personality in the 12-hour livestreaming fundraiser by Smiley Face, hosted by KritzKast and GamersUnited. In February 2013, she guest hosted on the livestream with DotaCinema for the DotA 2 Charity Invitational: Heroes Helping Heroes. She has participated in numerous other charity events since, including the AbleGamers/TF2WH Charity Event and the 24hr TF2 livestream for cancer research.
