ToGL is an abstraction layer used by Source Source on Linux Linux and macOS macOS which translates DirectX 9 calls to OpenGL. It decompiles HLSL shaders and decompiles them as GLSL. It supports Shader Model 2, but only has partial Shader Model 3 support.
