Description

Add {{dubious}} after a specific statement or alleged fact that is sourced but that nevertheless seems dubious or unlikely. Most commonly, this involves uncertainty regarding the veracity or accuracy of the given source, or of an editor's interpretation of that source. See the  Dubious template on Wikipedia for more relevant information.

Template:Dictionary/Note/jaPages where this template is used gets added to the Pages with disputed statements category.

Usage

{{dubious}} results in ^{[dubious – discuss]}

{{dubious|reason=Conflicting results presented within the thread|date=August 2015}} results in ^{[dubious – discuss]}

Arguments (optional)

• reason= - specific reason for the tooltip
• date= - Date the template was added, e.g. August 2015 or February 11, 2020
