Image Size

The image has had the dimensions 10x13px and I don't know how many pages rely on that size. Do you really think you need to go to 500x650? That's massive overkill for a pixel perfect image. 100x130 should already be more than enough (10x10px per image pixel), I'd try 40x52 (4x4) or 80x104 (8x8) first.
But still, I'm wondering what the "upscaling" is useful for? If we use this image on pages we'd have to specify the size 10x13 anyway if it shouldn't break the page with its huge size.
Nevertheless I'm enjoying that even though there are now 250 times as many pixels, thanks to PNG the file size is not even 3 times as big.

It's for high-PPI support. Does it need to be so large? No, 60x78 should be sufficient; I just used the absurd scale because that's what other people were using for similar icons (important, bug, etc.). The {{note}} template automatically sets the correct size; the server sends the appropriate size for the given pixel density as well.
Fixed the {{inline note}} documentation page.
