Purge base's cache

This template is intended to be used in template tables, it adds a button which leads to the template page (including talk page) itself, or allows you to edit the template directly. The purge button will clear the cache of the page that you are currently on, to reload the recently edited template.

Bug:All buttons on the table tools template will stops working correctly if there's space on the template name. Please use "_" (underscore) instead.  [todo tested in?]
