The text says something like the following:

• Here you can find a complete list of articles translated into swedish (there really are none, just a few)
• Easy to understand = Easy to learn.
• You can help! Create new articles and/or translate already existent articles.
• read how to! (the link goes to a unfin page about how to translate and folow the general style, written in the language of the page you are on, in this case, SWE)
