Perhaps this page needs an update. Firstly, enviolinador recompiled it so it doesn't exit when trying to open BSP ver. 21 - https://gamebanana.com/tools/download/5876. Secondly, after a certain engine update, there are multiple reports of Entspy causing error "Engine error: MapEntity_ParseAllEntities: found X when expecting {" when trying to preserve checksum, where X can be any symbol. I've experienced it as well, depending on the amount of times you save the result in Entspy it happens either every time you try to load the map, or just time to time, but it's certain to pop up if you've edited the map at least once with Entspy and preserved checksum.
