Questionable advice about cl_interp

The article recommends that cl_interp be changed from its default value of 0.1 because that number only made sense in the "dial-up era". With the default value of cl_updaterate of 20 and cl_interp_ratio of 2, we get a minimum value of cl_interp of 2/20, or... 0.1. So changing cl_interp below 0.1 doesn't actually do anything unless you also change either cl_updaterate or cl_interp_ratio, which this article (correctly) recommends against.
