Can anyone verify that this works? For me it messes up in the decyption and or encryption stage and if I encrypt one of my txt's and decrypt it again I end up with a txt file thats half encrypted.--Red Comet 00:02, 4 Feb 2006 (PST)

I wouldn't consider it an official tool myself, but I do agree that the categories aren't really needed if it is referenced from the Vice page.
