https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Source_SDK_2013 when you downloaded the source engine 2013 file and build all projects, if the filepath contains non-ascii character then you will not able to open everything.sin and follow the error message on the visual studio, in the .vcxproj file the project file path was 'broken'.
