NOTE* This can ONLY be fixed if you are the owner of the server

        - Open the server
        - In the server console (NOT the in-game console) type in "net_maxfilesize <number>"
             Keep doubling the number until people can log in and download (For mine I used 64)
        - Happy Custom mapping!
