Portal 2 Puzzle Maker/Turret

Adding a Turret from the item pallet will create a basic test chamber turret. The turret has no options for itself. It can be precisely rotated in any direction. A neat feature of the turret in the editor: When clicked on, it will say a general "activated" quote from the game. When deselected, it will say a general "goodbye" quote from the game.
