{{cleanup|date|reason (both optional)}}
Documentation
Tags a page for cleanup. You can choose to include a reasoning for tagging the page for cleanup, or simply place {{cleanup}} on the page. If you wish to include the date the tag was placed, use {{cleanup|date|reason (optional)}}. Just use the word date without replacing it.
