Source SDK missing files

Because of a recent update to the available source code, mods created through the Source SDK are missing several files. These files are crucial to mod creation in some cases, and so they will be posted here in text format. Simply copy the text to a new cpp or header file (Whichever is relevent) and save to the correct place in your mod's code.
