The advisor incubation pod is where advisors stay until they are strong enough to come out. You only see one of them ingamethis advisor is in episode 2 shortly after the crashed escape pod. this reveals the Advisors telekinesis ability. during the advisor scene the damage you did to the advisors life support stops you from being killed as the advisor is about to kill you and explosion happens releasing its grip on you.
