Test for a proper language bar, which responds well to changes in the title's character height and can't be affected by page content.

Good for:

  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • IE 8+ (IE7 unknown)

Bad for:

  • IE 6 (on two lines, not a huge deal IMO)
