It's one of many new entities added with the Danger Zone update.

Entity description

weapon_tablet used in Danger zone game mode. Out Danger zone its doesn't work correctly. It has 4 upgrades: prop_weapon_upgrade_tablet_droneintel, prop_weapon_upgrade_tablet_zoneintel, prop_weapon_upgrade_tablet_highres and drone control.
