Activate: Begin the leading behavior.

Deactivate: Stop the leading behavior.

SetSuccess: Notify success of leading. Not required, use only if the standard code for detecting success does not meet your needs or fails.

SetFailure: Notify failure of leading.
Note:Not implemented.
