vgui\ISystem.h must be included in the appropriate file.
void ISystem::ShellExecute(const char *command, const char *file); vgui::system()->ShellExecute(...);
command can have one of the following values:
- "open"
- "print"
- "explore"
- "play"
- "properties"
- NULL
