I'm concerned that this tutorial is about taking an existing prop from Valve's files and using it in your mod.
While we should be looking this prop, we should explain how it ticks, and how to make your own.

Isn't the CSS cloud model's skin scrolling? If so, it shouldn't need to be on a dynamic prop, as this tutorial doesn't cover parenting it with anything or making it rotate. --RabidMonkey 20:46, 9 Mar 2006 (PST)
