Is the "Zalec" of dod_zalec fictional?

The map's readme just says it's on the Western Front. There is a Wikipedia icon Zalec in Poland and a Wikipedia icon Žalec in Slovenia, but both of those would be on the Eastern Front. I was avoiding naming any fictional locales when filling out the Day of Defeat: Source page (instead only describing the theme and general location), and I figure it makes sense to do the same here.
