The wind whipped and whirled the hair around their face. After a while the noise of the chill night air disappeared in the wonder and awe that lay before them. An impossibly tall spire rose from the pale blue sea. Reaching up towards the an even paler sky. Around it swirled many winged creatures, glinting light sparkling back at the travelers.
