Autolang removal

Here are some optimizations results of autolang removals:

Accomplished with ~9k edits:

• undoing of multipage around 1500 pages from which like 200 finished manually to preserve split page histories resulted from multipage being set up by copying the content to a subpage instead of using move functionality
• made pages use language prefix instead of suffixes
• updated links on translated pages to use Template:L (98% finished and there are few mistakes to fix like converting links to Special: pages too accidentally)

It is a legitimate alternative account used to make repetitive automated or semi-automated edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.
