Mark for Deletion

Illogical Template
This template is unnecessary and uncertain because:
- A. there is no reason (logically speaking) to mark someone as a minor spammer or problem poster.
- B. template:spammer vitiates this template.
- C. how would you even determine spam or "problem posting" as minor? I mean there isn't any scale to refer to.
