I have distributed my map to my friends and everything is visible except for the energy ball itself. I compile my map with ''VIDE''. I use the ''tools/Pakfile Lump Editor''. I open my map, ''scan'' than I select the ''/Portal 2/portal2'' folder. Than ''scan'' again, and I hit ''auto''. Lastly, I click on ''apply'' and ''save''. After these steps, I rename my ''/portal2/materials'' folder and start Portal 2 to load my map. Every prop and texture is visible except for the '''energy ball'''. What am I doing wrong? |

Can't see energy ball
I have distributed my map to my friends and everything is visible except for the energy ball itself. I compile my map with VIDE. I use the tools/Pakfile Lump Editor. I open my map, scan than I select the /Portal 2/portal2 folder. Than scan again, and I hit auto. Lastly, I click on apply and save. After these steps, I rename my /portal2/materials folder and start Portal 2 to load my map. Every prop and texture is visible except for the energy ball. What am I doing wrong?
