Preview
It's nice to see that you are experimenting with wiki formatting. However, instead of saving each time you change something, you ould instead use the preview button at the bottom of the page. This allow you to view your changes without filling up the recent changes. It's generally good practice to preview your changes before saving a page. I saw your answer on my discussion page. I'm glad to help :)
For the future, though, try to keep a discussion on the page it was started on to keep things organised. Also remember to always sign your additions to discussion pages with four tilde marks (~~~~) so other can see who left the message, and when, without having to check the page history. Signing should not be done on the main wiki pages however.
