Does not seem to work in any configuration in [Counter-Strike: Source].

When $effect is set to 2 in titles.txt, at exactly what rate do the letters appear? This is so I can set up an situation in which one env_message is triggered, and prevents any others from getting triggered until the first one has faded away. —Yar Kramer 18:19, 25 Jun 2008 (PDT)
