Please tell me that this is a joke: "One way of doing this is by using panels to spell out the word 'TEST' on the wall."

-It's obviously a joke, as indicated by "If your name is Wheatley, for example... Wheatley is the guy who spelled out 'TEST' on the wall. Also, he is the last person you want to go to for test-building, considring the only test HE BUILT was just: "Let's see if you know how to push a button" OK, enough off topicness. Point is, it's obviously a joke. Also, LOL to the "if your name is Wheatley..." line.
