My Output > Target Entity Target Input Parameter Delay Only Once 
OnStartTouch DoorInstance01-door_open_relay Trigger 0.00 No
as opposed to configuring a proxy to handle...
My Output > Target Entity Target Input Parameter Delay Only Once OnStartTouch DoorInstance01 instance:door_open_relay:Trigger 0.00 No
