Vtex and Vconfig

In the process of creating a custom 2D Skybox for Left4Dead, I cannot seem to convert tga's into the proper Vtf files using Vtex. When I use the drag-and-drop method, windows says that Vconfig has stopped working. I get that same message when I just try to run Vconfig. On Vtex, i get the "Warning: falling back to automatic to auto detection" message. Following the troubleshooting specified for this error, I continue to get the same error but also with "Unable to find gameinfo.txt specified" Since the website that is necessary for troubleshooting that error is expired, I do not know what to do. --DannBo
