VTF Creater is an application meant to be able to convert mass amounts of image texture files to VTF files. VTF Creater is written in Java by (=zhD=)The Enigma Blade. VTF Creater uses VTFCmd, a program licensed under the GNU GPL. VTF Creater itself is also licensed under the GNU GPL.
VTF Creater is meant to be used along side VMT Generator.
