To mark a user as a spammer, insert the appropriate template on its user page:
{{Rs}}
,{{Spammer}}
or{{Recent spammer}}
{{Bs}}
or{{Banned Spammer}}
{{Minor Spammer}}
or{{Ms}}
To mark a spam page for deletion you can use the {{Deletespam}}
template.

{{Rs}}
was for the corresponding Category:Recent spammers. Now it's just a short cut for {{spammer}}
with the advantage that you can quickly change it into {{Bs}}
