I suspect usage of this heavily slows down wiki because I assume it somehow messes with caches and everytime you go on some page it causes it be fully rebuild each time. Changed the whole content of Uselang to en and it seems stuff is loading much faster. :When I click show preview on this page while the uselang was replaced with just 'en' the CPU time usage showed like 1.6 seconds.
