I thought I might be able to contribute something here, but I don't think I know enough.

my knowledge of Source and such are pretty much solely from the perspective of TF2.

to-do:

create Template:Render FX.
list of missing Halloween/Smissmas maps:
- maps that seem to use preexisting skyboxes:

  - arena_lumberyard_event (Graveyard; uses File:Sky trainyard night 01.png)

  - pd_monster_bash (uses File:Sky midnight 02.png)

add info for Halloween maps with unique and/or lonely skyboxes.
- ask if the goal of the page is to add all skyboxes or just enough to give a general idea.
  - done, but not answered.
some uploaded images (notably File:Sky midnight 02.png) have dumb white lines between panels. fix this.
