This entity is Jarate as it is being thrown in the air. It breaks upon impact and covers nearby players in jarate.
tf_projectile_jar is a projectile used by the weapon [[tf_weapon_jar]]. This projectile coats enemies in mini-crits about the size of a explosion and extinguishes you and your teammates if on fire. It is possible to reflect this projectile with the pyro's primary weapons and destroy them with the engineer's secondary weapon short-circuit like most projectiles.

Team Fortress 2 tf_projectile_jar is a point entity available in Team Fortress 2 Team Fortress 2.
