{{note|If anybody is reading this, and knows how (I'm rusty on my HTML/CSS skills), I'm trying to place the ''Editing Toolbar'' section in its own cell, so there's a border separating it from the ''Page Creation'' section. But each time I try adding a <nowiki>{{category cell}}</nowiki> template between the two sections, the whole category box goes out of whack.
