Propulsion Gel is a type of paint in Portal 2. It is orange in color and when painted on a surface, decreases the amount of friction applied to objects (including players) that come in contact with it (essentially making it very slippery). Objects covered in this paint will slide around if bumped. NOTE: To fit in with physics it is said that it reduces friction, but it actually makes the player walk a lot faster. They retain all agility however.
